Our Barrel Reserve Moonshine is a nod to its corn roots. We've aged this in a small barrel for over 7 months to impart a beautiful oak colour and flavour. It's a great affordable alternative to whisky, and it's made here in Christchurch.
This is a great Moonshine to use in whisky cocktails! It has all the flavour and colour you'll need. Caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, and corn flavours.
Our Corn Mash Moonshine is made from 100% NZ Corn, corn sugar, and cane sugar, using a traditional moonshine recipe. It's somewhere between a whisky and a vodka, but let's be clear, this is not whisky. Keep an eye on social media pages and for our newsletter for updates on when our actual grain to glass whiskies will be ready (2022).
