We cannot sell to anyone under the age of 18. Signature and proof of age are required to accept deliveries. There is no authority to leave for alcohol products.

Deliveries left at the shipping address are the responsibility of the buyer, and Herrick Creek Ltd is not responsibly for shipments that have gone missing, by any means.

Herrick Creek Ltd. is not responsible for any shipping delays, nor can we guarantee delivery of items by a specific date. Check your tracking details or contact NZ Post or Post Haste if you have any issues with your delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone we believe to be under 18 years of age and we may request a copy of proof of age before accepting an order. This can be provided with a government issued photo id scanned in colour with both sides showing.
