What a great month it's been here! We've been hard at work on Batch #1!Â
In the next few weeks we will run the current batch through the still and get started on the second half of the batch. By the end of June we will fill that first barrel - quite a bit of work! Then, we get to do it a second time.Â
Today we're officially announcing the Herrick Creek Distillery brand to the world! It was on this day, 110 year ago, that the tale of New Zealand moose began at Supper Cove.Â

We are only a couple weeks away from starting production at the distillery. All the papers have been signed and we're just waiting on the final approvals now.Â
With that said, our first batch of product won't be potable at all - instead, we are going to start by making basic sanitising solution for those in need.Â
